01—Ideation
For phase one of a new product launch I am involved in brainstorming and making decisions around initial concept, product positioning, overall messaging and visual direction. Below is an example of one of the mood boards created for the overall visual story of this product.
02—art direction
Taking this information I then plan assets needed per channel and build creative briefs and shot lists for photographers and videographers. Overseeing multiple sets, I assure everything is up to brand standards and give live feedback and approval. Below is a selection of studio still life and on-model imagery as well as a full video created with the help of our customers.
03—execution
Once all assets are sent back and edited, I then collaborate cross-functionally to meet the graphic design needs per channel and bring the imagery to life. Below are just a few of the final designs from this campaign ranging from social and email design to website assets and print collatoral.
04—event
The most satisfying part of the process was inviting our customers (the stars of our video!) for the big reveal. The video played in-store and their images were made into the centerpiece of the space. This involved the creation of digital invitations, social reminders, store signage, postcards and the creative for the installation.
